Product Details

The heavy oil burner is a combustion device specially designed for heavy oil with high viscosity and poor atomization performance to improve the combustion performance of heavy oil, fuel pump, pressure regulating valve, burner and its delivery pipeline, etc.

When selecting heavy oil, the general requirements should be high calorific value, good combustion performance, moderate viscosity, low corrosiveness and solid impurities, and easy storage and transportation.

Therefore, when choosing oil, in addition to knowing the conventional indicators of the oil, it is also necessary to understand the viscosity-temperature curve of the oil to ensure that the heating can make the heavy oil reach the viscosity required by the burner before atomization. For the mechanical atomizing burner, the optimum fuel viscosity before the nozzle is 2.5~3.5°Et, and the optimum fuel viscosity for the high-pressure air atomizing burner is 4.5~5.8°Et.

Air atomizing heavy oil burner

Maximum viscosity of fuel (heavy oil) supplied to the burner

/ when temperature is +

The burner inlet oil (heavy oil) needs to be filtered before the inlet pump, and the maximum grid is

temporary

Calorific value: Hi=40.19MJ/kg=9600kcal/kg

250mm 2 S (cSt) (50℃).

300μm.

Maximum viscosity of fuel (heavy oil) entering the burner from 4 to 70mm

The fuel atomization temperature should be set so that the viscosity of the oil entering the nozzle is at most 16mm

The fuel is preheated to atomization temperature in a separate burner preheater controlled by an electronic controller.

The burner can be temporarily used with a viscosity from 4 to 12mm 2/S (cSt) (temperature at +20°C). The fuel must be filtered before entering the fuel pump. The filter degree can reach 150μm.

The turndown ratio of the burner is 1 : 5 (100%-20%) when running on fuel.

Maximum combustion air volume:

The program controller device automatically controls and supervises the operation of the burner.

Boiler temperature regulator, pressure regulator to control burner load.

Servomotors and compound regulators control the air/fuel ratio based on load requirements.
